Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler, a Z-grade film reviewer, is renowned for her morbid appreciation of dumb action films and horror films. After gaining some fame in the forums of Channel Awesome (under her previous username Obscurus Lupa), she began to review films in the latter half of 2009. She remained member of the channel up until January 2015 after which Obscurus Lupa Presents was changed to Movie Nights. She has two podcasts co-hosted as well as a show that covers Charmed. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Brad Jones' Jesus Bro! Also, she appeared. He has also had her appear as a guest in numerous episodes of his series Midnight Screenings. She reviews awful films for kids or RiffTrax programs, and also occasionally, she reviews adult comedy (including Baywatch (2017)). After reviewing films in 2009, she gained fame in the forums of Channel Awesome. After joining the official team of Channel Awesome reviewers, she became popular. She's been featured in numerous Channel Awesome series, from Atop the Fourth Wall through Phelous & the Movies. She has appeared in numerous episodes from Nostalgia Critic and was a one of the original members of the Channel Awesome family together with Doug Walker.
